About The Sentimental Conversation: Three short films were shot in hotels in New York City and London. They are inspired by cubism, W.S. Burroughs, and the paintings of Francis Bacon. The filmmaker, Julian West, also directs television commercials, so go figure. Michael Weatherly currently stars in the CBS television show "N.C.I.S." and Rosario Dawson is an accomplished actress who has appeared in films such as "He Got Game", "25th Hour" and "Clerks 2". They all met many years ago on "Trigger Happy", a tiny IFC indie written and directed by West.
